Creating Beauty – Inside and Out

Cleanse your skin faithfully every morning and evening.

No, you can’t skip cleansing your face and expect that chance or Mother Nature will let you scrape by. Even if you don’t see accumulated grime and oil on your face, it’s there –  What you don’t see will hurt you. Skin that is not clean is skin that is ready to erupt, either in blemishes or in splotches. Unclean skin will not have the glowing aura of healthy skin.

Exfoliate Regularly.

A Masque issued to exfoliate the skin and is very helpful in controlling acne. It removes dry flaky skin cells and forces out impurities on the face. Persons with oily skin should Masque two or three times each week. Persons with normal to dry skin should Masque once every seven to ten days.

The Freshener/Toner is used to clarify and brighten the skin. It freshens and tones the skin removing excess oily secretions.

Moisturize Daily

Moisture is required of all skin types to protect against the harsh weather and pollutants. The Moisturizer softens the skin and helps to prevent age lines. It also helps to prevent makeup from seeping into and clogging the pores. Never go to bed or go outside without your Moisturizer.

Drink Water

Staying properly hydrated is necessary for your overall health. Drinking an adequate amount of water daily aids in digestion, circulation, absorption and even rids the body and skin of toxins. It is vital to your skin’s health and beauty.

Nothing will happen overnight, but even a good couple of weeks of increasing water intake should be enough for you to see how hydration affects your own skin.

Hand & Foot Care

Your hands are precious. There aren’t many daily activities you can do without them. After your face, your hands are the parts of your body people notice the most.

Give your hands a little extra attention and hand care and they’ll draw the type of attention you want, with their young, fresh, pretty appearance.

Your feet are precious as well. Many foot problems can be avoided simply by taking care of your feet.

  1. Wash hands/feet with Aularale Bath & Shower Gel.
  2. Exfoliate with Aularale Jojoba Scrub. Exfoliating is as important to your hand/foot care as it is to your face. The skin on the back of your hands/feet is very thin and doesn’t have much fat underneath. As you age, the small amount of fat decreases, which is why your veins and bones become more prominent and your skin can appear loose as you age. Exfoliating won’t bring the fat back, but it can help keep your skin fresh and glowing. It is best to use your facial exfoliant on your thin-skinned hands instead of the scrub you use on the rest of your body.
  1. Moisturize with Aularale Aloe Shea Butter Cream. For hand/foot care, moisturizing is crucial — washing your hands frequently dries out your skin.
  2. Massage – Give yourself a quick hand/foot massage when you apply your Aularale cream or lotion. Start with the fleshy part of your hand near the base of the thumb, then work each finger from base to tip.

Skin Care Tips During Covid-19

This is such a surreal time for everyone and the uncertainty is especially disorienting.

Coronavirus is changing some of our hygiene habits. Washing hands more frequently can cause them to become dry, cracked, and raw. Using a hand cream after washing your hands is a safe and clean way to prevent dry skin.

Also, social distancing has many of us ditching our regular makeup and hair routines. It can be tempting to get a little lazy with your skincare routine, as well. But, consistency is really key. Continuing your normal skincare regimen, morning and night will keep your skin on track. “Even indoor aggressors can deprive the skin of its vitality. You may notice a dulled and dehydrated complexion, more congestion, and a greater chance for breakouts. However, keeping your normal skincare routine can help your skin stay calm, clear, and shielded from elements such as dirty keyboards, artificial light, cooking evaporation, home cleaning, less oxygenation, etc.

So, Stay Safe! Take Care of Your Skin!
